System Notifications
  • WARNING! There are reports that some myAlaska users are receiving phishing text messages requesting that they change or update their passwords. Do not respond to these messages. myAlaska DOES NOT send text messages or emails to users requesting that they change their passwords.
  • The myAlaska platform continually strives to improve security while also improving overall user experience. Beginning in late August 2022, we will implement changes that will require a more secure password to login and add the requirement for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when a myAlaska account interacts with PFD applications. MFA involves using a text message or phone call to help prevent someone other than yourself from accessing or using your password. The additional MFA will improve security and reduce potential fraudulent activity surrounding PFD applications.
